In response to the current situation, and in line with the directives and precautions we are receiving from the federal, provincial and municipal governments, the following precautions/measures have been or will immediately be implemented at ECC # 17, Royal Windsor Terrace.

• Regular operations are scaling down to essential services.

• Cleaning and superintendent services on site will continue.

• Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are being enhanced for common areas, door handles, elevator buttons (etc.)

• All non-emergency repairs/ work inside units should be suspended until further notice

• For any emergency service request (water escape, elevator breakdown, power outage, etc.) contact the building superintendent at 226 348-3000 or property management 519 562-9400.

• The fuel tank of our emergency backup generator is full and the generator is tested regularly.

• Access to the fitness room, pool and meeting room remain closed until further notice

• All non- essential meetings are postponed or will be held via teleconference
