Periodic water shut offs may be necessary to allow timely and safe plumbing repairs and updates.

Please Note: It is critical that all water faucets and appliances are shut off and kept off during a water shut off in both condo units and all common areas such as laundry rooms, changing rooms, bathrooms, etc.

Sudden return of water to unattended faucets will cause damage and can result in extreme conditions such as fire, explosion and may even force the evacuation of the building.

Watch for bulletins regarding shut offs.
