Water Leak Prevention Notice June 5-2017

NOTICE

In order to reduce future maintenance costs, a Central Water Treatment system will be installed on the hot water supply lines in our building.

The system will help avert costly future repairs by preventing Pinhole water leaks in the water boilers and in the hot water supply lines.

The system uses a HEALTH Canada "Approved Food Additive" by continuously coating the inside of water pipes with a food-grade mineral.  Ontario Ministry of the Environment & Climate Change guidelines will be followed as well.

Installation of this system is planned for June 5, 2017 by "Leac Shield" Water Pipe Pinhole Leak Prevention. The installation, with a water shut off, will take about 5 to 6 hours.
